I have a zap set up based on a new formidable forms entry to create  an opportunity in lead connector. As the opportunity is created as a new lead, an automation then runs in HL that assigns a tag and assigns the lead to a user.

The issue is that the zap run only shows the contact, but in HL, we get the lead info plus a duplicate contact that is blank. What may be causing this?

One thing to check is the timestamps on the Zap Runs and the history logs in GHL to see which app may be causing the issue.
