The "No options are available" error appears when selecting my Instagram page in Zapier despite all permissions granted

Hello Zapier Community,

I need help with the "Instagram for Business" app in my Zap. I have connected the app with my Facebook Business Account, which is linked to my Instagram accounts. I have granted all permissions during the connection process and selected all my Instagram accounts. However, I still receive the error message: "No options are available" under "Instagram Account to Use."

Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I've been struggling with it for a long time.

I’m so sorry for the delayed response here.

Could you please confirm if you have access to all of the permissions required here? We explicitly need to let Facebook give us the permission for “Access profile and posts from Instagram account connected to your Page”.

Can you try setting this up and then re-connecting the account to see if it helps here?
