Hi @nzer1

Your Ecwid custom fields aren't showing up because Zapier only maps fields that exist in the sample order used when you set up the trigger. If that sample had blank custom fields, Zapier ignores them entirely.

You can try:

  1. Create a new test order in Ecwid with all custom fields filled in

  2. Back in Zapier, go to your Trigger step → click "Find New Records" to pull a fresh sample

  3. Your custom fields should now appear in the Action mapping dropdown

If still missing: Check the raw trigger output. If custom fields are nested (e.g., inside a custom_fields object), use a Formatter > Utilities > Lookup step to extract them before mapping.

If you're still running into issues, drop a screenshot of the error and a quick description of what your Zap is doing, happy to take a look!

And if you'd rather just get it sorted quickly, I offer a free 20-min Zapier troubleshooting call. Book it under Resources on my Zapier Directory profile: https://zapier.com/partnerdirectory/automatemybiz

Hi @nzer1

Custom fields from Ecwid often don't show up automatically in Zapier because they only appear in the trigger data if they were present in the sample order that was pulled during setup. Try placing a test order that includes all your custom fields filled in, then go back to your Zap trigger and click "Find New Records" to refresh the sample. Once Zapier picks up a sample that includes the custom fields, they should become available to map in your action step.

Hi @nzer1

We do not have access to your Zap.

You would have to share screenshots with what you are referring to in the Zap for us to have context.
