The attachment uploaded on Google Forms appears as an identifier file that isn't opening, instead of the actual image.

Hello there, I just set up my zap where I automated my google form responses to Trello card, but I’m facing this issue, where the image/attachment uploaded on google form is appearing as identifier file which is not opening instead of actual image.

Can someone help me resolve this issue?

Hey there, @Vidyasagar Chamle! Thanks for reaching out in community. 🤗

I checked and saw you were able to reach my friends in support as well. I wanted to share their response in case ya hadn’t had an opportunity to see it yet:

I took a peek at the Zap settings and when using an attachment in an action you'll need to map in a file object or a publicly [accessible] file using it's URL as mentioned here - https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288813453-Send-files-in-Zaps

The Google Forms URL isn't publicly accessible and this is the reason it's not being passed through to Trello.

I hope this helps!
