hey, i tried sendng an  NEW SPREADSHEET TO BASE54.AI, THE ZAP BRINGS AN ERROR,The app returned "Mime type text/html is not supported". TRIED PUTTING IN A LINK , FOR EXPORT IN XLXS,CSV,PDF FORMAT , STILL bring the erroe, not sent

Hi @joy!

If you’re using the Scan a Document by URL action, the link must be publicly accessible (ie it can’t be private/only accessible with a password). If you’ve tried using a link that is publicly accessible, the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Zapier support team as they can take a closer look at the error logs for your Zap. You can contact them using the Get Help form.
