Teams "Bad format of conversation ID"

Trying to add updates from simpro to Teams channel and am getting the above error.


Only new to Zapier please go easy.

The first thing to mention is that for the Message Text Format, that looks like a dropdown box, so you’ll want to click on the arrows on the right of the box to choose a format for the notes, rather than adding the content of the notes there. 


Where the information from the previous step says ‘No data’, that means that for the sample that was found, there were no notes. You could try finishing setting up the Zap and turning it on, then create something with a note to make sure that the Zap is working the way that you want to. 


There are other ways to get different information to test your Zap, for example, if the information in your screenshot came from the Zap trigger, you can re-test the trigger and ask it to load more samples.
