Hi there @Bajababa,
Welcome to the Community!
I apologize for the troubles with the Zap.
It appears the Zap was likely changed during the delay step, and it stopped the rest of the steps from running successfully. The following piece highlighted the related limitation and more: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288754829#limitations-0-3
Hopefully, this helps!
Hey @ken.a,
Thanks for the reply and completely understand now where and why the zap is not firing.
How would you go about fixing this? The context behind adding new steps to the zap is when my client requests to add a new offer they are running, I will go into this zap and update the necessary steps to ensure our zaps pick up on this new offer.
Thank you
Hi @Bajababa,
To avoid this, when using a delay action, it's best not to make changes until the time frame is up on the Zap runs. Also, this can happen when there is a delay step waiting to run but a change was published, which you can read more about here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496061204621-Common-Problems-with-Delay#what-happens-if-i-change-my-zap-during-a-delay--0-6.
Hopefully, this helps!
