Question

Task on clickup is created 4 times (instead of 1)

Hello,

one of our zaps creates a task (new typeform entry) 4x (instead of 1x) on clickup.

Could you please let me know how to solve this problem?

Also, the title in the clickup ticket is not created as it should be. This worked before but stopped working suddenly.

@HelloGood23 Hmm, at first glance, it appears that this may be a bug. Especially as you noted it happened suddenly. Are you able to confirm that no changes were made to the Zap prior to this issue popping up?

Hi there @HelloGood23,

You might be running into a Zap looping here. To confirm this, do you have a Zap that uses the same trigger event? You can learn more here to avoid this from happening: https://zapier.com/help/troubleshoot/behavior/zap-is-stuck-in-a-loop

Also, regarding the issue with the “Task Name,” this could happen if you have edited some fields in your Typeform app. This causes the Zap to not capture the mapped fields or become empty when the Zap runs. Loading in a new/recent sample data from the trigger and using the new data usually fixes this kind of issue.
