I have successfully imported a single customer and product from a Google Sheets row into Pipedrive using Zapier. Now I want to import more than one row from the same customer.

 

Example:

If there are three rows in Google Sheets with the same customer but different products and SKU’s, how can I combine them into one Deal in Pipedrive?

Right now i’m in this situation where i have 2. Get many spreadsheet rows after 1. new or updated row. But i cant choose quantities on 7. Add product to deal, that why it is shown red.

Feel free to suggest me how to make this work!

The Find Product(s) action would return multiple products (as line items) for each of the Google Sheets rows, but the Add Product to Deal action is only able to add one product to a deal, not multiple products. Is that the issue you’re running into here?

If so, to get around that you’d need to put the Add Product to Deal action inside a loop. This will allow the Zap to take the product line items output by the Find Product(s) action and run the Add Product to Deal action once for each product line item. If you’ve not worked with loops in Zaps before you can find out more about how to set them up in our Loop your Zap actions guide.


Or is the issue more that you’re getting an error with the quantity you’ve selected in the Quantity field?

If that’s the case, can you share a screenshot showing the error message you’re receiving on that Add Product to Deal action? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.
