Hello I have 10 users in ARIVE and 10 in BNTouch and I have created the ZAP for new loan and to update existing loans but no matter what user is in ARIVE updating their loan it pushes to the same user in BNTouch every time. My understanding is that it would recognize the LO on the file in LOS and map to the same LO in BNTouch? Can you provide guidance?
