I have created a simple Zap which triggers on ‘New response notification’ from Survey monkey. Though the whole setup is working in Test Steps, it’s not triggering when Zap is enabled ‘On’. I get no error messages

Hi @Ishita

Here's the Zapier doc that might help: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/40852741172749-How-to-get-started-with-SurveyMonkey-on-Zapier#triggers-searches-actions

If you’re still running into issues, could you share a screenshot and a quick description of what your Zap is doing? That’ll make it much easier to understand what’s going wrong.

And if you'd rather just get it sorted quickly, I offer a free 20-min Zapier troubleshooting call. Book it under Resources on my Zapier Directory profile: https://zapier.com/partnerdirectory/automatemybiz

Hi @Ishita

Help links for using SurveyMonkey in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/surveymonkey/integrations#help

Prerequisites

To use the SurveyMonkey app on Zapier, you must have:

  • An active paid SurveyMonkey account.
  • To use the New Response Notification with Answers trigger, you must have a SurveyMonkey  annual paid plan (excludes monthly plans).
  • The Zapier integration is available to customers on any SurveyMonkey data center.

I'm getting an error telling me I need to upgrade my Survey Monkey plan to an annual subscription.

The "New Response Notification with Answers" trigger will require you to have any Annual paid plan with Survey Monkey. This includes the Standard Annual, Advantage and Premier plan, which are all annual subscription plans that Survey Monkey offer. This information can be found here: https://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/SurveyMonkey-Partner-Integrations-Changes

The only paid plan that doesn't work with Zapier integrations is their Standard Monthly plan, which is their only monthly subscription plan.
