Hi @Edward O

Try reaching out to SumoQuote Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Or you can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hello @Edward O

This usually happens when the SumoQuote auth token expires or gets revoked, so Zapier blocks publishing until it’s reauthorized.

Try reconnecting the account from inside the SumoQuote step, and if it keeps looping, remove the old SumoQuote connection and add it again fresh.

If it still comes back after that, Zapier Support can check the connection logs for the repeated expirations.

Hey @Edward O 👋

I’m so sorry to hear that those errors have resurfaced again. I checked on the bug report and it’s still marked as unresolved, although the errors did stop for a while.

It might be worth reaching out to our Support team to see if they’re able to find any new details in the error logs for your account that could help SumoQuote’s developers in getting this resolved.

Let us know what they find!
