Subscriber Zap Not working between Mighty Networks and Moosend

I set up a zap with a trigger of a new member in Mighty Networks to an action by Moosend to add it to a mail list. It works on the “automatic test” but that is the only place it works. No activity when someone joins the Mighty Network at all in Moosend.

  1. The Zap is ON
  2. The Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  3. The Zap Runs for triggered Zaps and errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thanks for your quick response! Checked numbers 1 and 2 above. Yes. There is no Zap history.

To clarify: the zap is on, both connections exist and there is no history. Thanks.

Have you tested with the Zap ON by creating a New Member in Mighty Networks then checking the Zap Runs?
