I have a Stripe to Slack zap which was working few weeks ago. But now everytime someone pays, I can see in the Stripe step1 the name and email of the customer, but when I check my Slack step and fetch the data from Stripe, it will show no data under Customer name and email, but the amount is there. any idea how to fix this?

Good question.
To help you troubleshoot, check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step.
I’ve noticed with Stripe that there can be times when the Customer Name/Email are not provided or may be available in different data points.
