I’ve created a zap that whenever an invoice is sent from Stripe an opportunity in Salesforce is created. I’ve created a specific record type for these opportunities called “Invoice Opportunity” (likely not necessary for the questions but FYI).

This zap runs almost flawlessly but I am having some trouble with customers that have autopay enabled on their stripe subscriptions. For those that do not have autopay enabled I have been able to use the “Due date” data from Stripe. However, this breaks for autopay customers. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

First 4 screenshots show the outline of the Zap. Fifth screenshot shows a successful output and sixth shows unsuccessful output at the same stage.

Hi @BillyM

One option would be to make the Salesforce Object Field “Close Date” not required.

I don’t think this is possible. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000385013&type=1

@BillyM

You can try using Formatter Zap actions to generate the desired timestamp and use that as a default value.
