Question

Stripe Integration Failing

I’ve created multiple zaps with my Stripe account today and everything was working smoothly, tests were passing in the flow, and then when I went to create my final zap (a trigger for when client’s cancel their subscriptions), suddenly everything stopped working. Now I can’t get my Stripe account to reconnect and stay connected. It will connect for a sec and then go right back to disconnecting.

I’ve tried deleting all Stripe accounts and re-adding them, allowing third party cookies and pop ups in the Chrome browser, revoking access to Zapier on Stripe, and using an incognito browser.

Any help would be so appreciated here! My zaps are so simple so it’s annoying that of course, what should be the easiest part of the flow isn’t working lol!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @JaceyLynneG

Help links for using Stripe in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/stripe/integrations#help

I can only use a maximum of 16 connections per account

Stripe allows you to set up a maximum of 16 connections per account.
This includes connections both inside and outside of Zapier. Each Zap uses 1 connection.

If you need more than 16 Zaps, you can use Paths to create multiple outcomes from a single Stripe trigger instead.

That Stripe connection limit of 16 per account catches a lot of people out once they scale up Zaps. Paths is the clean way around it, branching from one trigger instead of separate connections. Revoking and reconnecting helps short-term, but yeah, hit support if you're stuck over the cap.
