Stax to Xero invoice Zaps missing details and duplicating client names

Hello community, 

 

I created two Zap’s 1 for triggering if I create a new invoice in Stax to generate an invoice in Xero and, 2 a Zap for reoccurring invoices in Stax to generate an invoice in Xero.

They both run and generate the invoice in Xero. My issue is they are missing all the details and info I already created in Stax. Also the Zap seems to pull the client name twice, and none of the pricing or tax details.

 

What am I not including or excluding to get these invoices to build correctly?

 

Can someone help or point me a the right direction?

Hi ​@izombie 

Help us have more context by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.

Also, post screenshots showing the data points returned from the Stax Zap step.

I went back and added it to pull the company name, I also added the company name on the Stax system, I think it’s looking at cached data so it’s saying no data, but it should be there on the next run.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Does the Zap run’s Data Out in the trigger return the data that you’re looking for? If so, you will need to use the custom pill mapping method for the Zap to capture the correct data.
