Hi @pittrim

Help us have more info by posting these screenshots:

The "File Not Iterable" error in Zapier typically occurs when the app expects an array or list of items but receives a single file or non-iterable object instead. In your case, this might be happening because the Squarespace form is sending file attachments in a format that Trello or Zapier cannot process correctly.

Modify the Zap to Handle Files

  1. Trigger: Squarespace - New Form Submission.

    • Ensure the trigger is correctly set up to capture form submissions.

  2. Action: Trello - Create Card.

    • In the Create Card step, check if there’s a field for file attachments.

    • If the error occurs when mapping the file upload field, try leaving the file field blank or using a Formatter by Zapier step to handle the file.

    • Use the Text or Utilities transformation to process the file data.

    • Use the Formatter step to log the file data and ensure it’s in the correct format.

    • Example: Use Text > Split Text to split the file data into an array if necessary.
