Squarespace Form to Active Campaign Zap adds a curly bracket around the first and last names

That may be due to how the Squarspace form settings are configured for the name field.

As a workaround, you can use Formatter steps or a Code step to parse out the values.

Hi @SamB. Unfortunately, as a novice user, I am unfamiliar with how to utilize a Formatter or code to solve the problem. If you can add more details about what exactly I need to do, I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks for getting back to me @Ideos Institute. Hmm, you mentioned previously that the fields are different when the Zap runs live. 🤔 So instead, perhaps you could use custom pill mapping to manually select them when setting up your Zap?
