SOS Inventory Authentication Issue

Hello.  I am not sure if the AI server shutdowns are affecting my zaps, but I cannot authenticate SOS inventory.  I have cleared caches, uninstalled, and it won’t let me re-install.  Super frustrating.  Any ideas?

Can you post screenshots of Data In, Data Out, the error as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context?

Hi there ​@Wicki 👋 

Just wanted to check how you’re getting on. Were you since able to connect your SOS Inventory account to Zapier? 

If not, are you seeing any errors when you attempt to add the account? If you are, can you share some screenshots of the error message as Sparsh mentioned, so we can take a closer look at what might be causing it. Be sure to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
