Slack mentions by Bitbucket Slack bot messages are not captured

I am building a zap that watches messages that mentions me.

it works fine except when the Bitbucket bot mentions my name, usually for commits pushed.

I wonder if this is because my company uses VPN to restrict strangers from our repositories in Bitbucket.
