Want to set up several Ghost - Sendy zaps but I’m stuck at the first one. Sendy list is not loading.

You can try reaching out to Sendy Support for help with their Zap app integration.


If you know the Sendy List ID, then you can try using the ‘Custom’ tab to set a static value.

 


I sent sendy an email. What do I need to do to get back my chat support? I feel so lost like this

You would need to check your spam or junk folder and see if they replied to your email. In the mean time, you might want to use the List ID as a custom value as Troy suggested.

I just did the custom value thing and it worked. Now I only have a problem with a zap that unsubscribes a customer from ghost after they unsubscribe from sendy. How could we troubleshoot this?

How can I get back my chat support? I’m on pro and doesn’t seem to have chat. I just need someone to help troubleshoot this please. Happy to pay.

You may need to try adding a Label to indicate the Ghost Member is unsubscribed.

Thanks for your reply and for providing the updates. From what you've mentioned, it seems like all other Zapier integrations are working except for the one that triggers an unsubscribe event in Ghost after an unsubscribe in Sendy.

To help us investigate this further, could you please confirm if the "member deleted" event in Ghost is similar to an "unsubscribe" event? This will help us understand how your workflows are set up and guide us towards a resolution.

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
