"Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier" zap "successful" but email not received by recipient

"Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier" zap indicates it was "successful", but no emails are received by recipient or cc: address.  The zap was working fine for a year or so, and two-three days ago just stopped sending the zap-resulting emails.
