J ai un souci avec mon zap pour effectuer un schedule sur des relances de factures par rapport à des dates . Lorsque je connecte avec ma google sheets , j ai un message de false lors du test

Pourriez vous m’aider ?

Hello I'm having trouble scheduling invoice reminders based on specific dates using my Zap. When I connect to my Google Sheets, I get a false message during the test. Could you help me?

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please send a screenshot of the DATE column in your Google Sheets? Additionally, could you please try typing 29/5/2025 on the “Lookup value” field and try testing the Zap?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

So sorry you didn’t get a reply here sooner. Looking at your initial screenshot it seems like the slash (/) in between the month and year value is missing:

It looks like you’ve correctly got a / in between the Date Day and Date Month fields though.

Can you try adding a / in between the Date Month field and Date Year fields and let us know if that fixes it?
