From your screenshot, it looks like you might be using the File name rather than the file url or the file object.
Thanks, I’ve managed to fix most of the files now.
The only one that remains an issue is the 1st point:
That the original file saved in Google drive, gets saved to Sharepoint in an unreadable file format.
It’s creating the file name correctly but then it’s saving as a Macdoc file. I’ve seen it work correctly once so I know it’s possible and I know it must be something to do with the file format, but I just can’t work it out.
Hi there @Harris2025,
Before we dive deeper, could you please send a screenshot of the CONFIGURE section of the Microsoft Sharepoint step that uses the Google Drive file data? This will help me take a closer look at the issue.
Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.
Thanks!
Hi Ken,
Yes it’s here:
It creates the file in Sharepoint named correctly, just not as a docx.
I don’t know if it’s one of the lower steps that’s the issue though, the ticked steps work, it’s step 6 trying to grab the document from Google drive that is not. I’ve also checked by downloading the google doc and it is a Docx file.
Hi @Harris2025,
Thanks for the additional information and screenshots!
It looks like the Microsoft SharePoint app in Step 6 is using an outdated version, which may be contributing to the issue. Could you please try updating it to the latest version?
