When I am trying to update any parameter of the existing deal it shows success message ,but the changes are never reflected back to the Salestrekker. What can be the possible issue please help me with it. Also the dropdown for updating the stage is not getting listed 

This is what I tried to update, and it shows update successful

But its never updated in salestrekker
