Salesforce Zap Not Working

So my test are working just fine. Moving data from Salesforce to Follow Up Boss. 

I have turned the zap on and have triggered the action to start the zap and nothing is happening. There is nothing in history nothing.

I went back to my zap editor and was able to pull new test data by the new records that are matching the data.  GOING CRAZY :)

Hi @Alexci 

Can you describe the zap in more detail? Some triggers are ‘scheduled’ as opposed to ‘instant’ meaning Zapier polls the app for data changes. On free or starter plans it can take 15 minutes before a zap triggers.

Hi @Alexci 

Most of the Salesforce Zap triggers are scheduled (NOT instant), so depending on your Zap plan that can take from 1-15 minutes for the Zap to fire.

Check your Zap Runs to see if the Zap triggered and if there were any errors on Zap steps: https://zapier.com/app/history/
