Where to start with this? I want to send a Salesforce opportunity with products to Shopify as a draft order.

I have set up an outbound workflow message in SF to trigger when a stage changes. That then sends the opportunity details to Shopify to create a new draft order. It sends the information but doesn't add VAT to the draft (I’m in the UK) and I can’t overwrite the products.

I have even gone as far as adding the shopify product code to SF, so its looking up the product ID within the Zap from shopify, it adds a product but its not the live product that I have in my shopify product list as I can't click on it nor does it have the image within the product details. It just seems like a un-editable clone.

Incredibly poor integration that doesn't work unfortunately and wasted a whole afternoon trying to get it to work.

Hey @Marc Brady ,

The current Shopify action on Zapier - Create Draft Order, you can’t pass tax values. You can make custom API call to create a draft order. Here you can pass tax amount. You can use Webhooks by Zapier to create draft order

You can read more about about Webhooks by Zapier here
