Salesforce field displays in ChatGPT configure panel but not in the test panel

I am attempting to send a prompt to ChatGPT when a field is updated in Salesforce.  You can see in the first image for the Conversation panel in the User Message box that both the Name and the “Account Information Check” fields are pulling in a value from the test record.  However in the second image for the Test panel you can see that that the value for Account Information Check is no longer present.  Can anyone help diagnose why the value for Account Information Check is not being pulled into the Test panel?  Thank you!

Hi ​@JeremyBrowne 

Try testing the Zap step.

When you test the dynamic variables should populated.

Then checking the DATA IN/OUT in the TEST tab.
