Could you verify for me, is the issue that you're unable to connect your Sage account to Zapier? If so, at this time the Sage Account integration is compatible with Sage Business Cloud Accounting in the following countries: UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, US and Canada.
Are you able to verify for me if you meet these requirements? If not, if you could clarify the Sage product you're using and the country you're in.
I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Yes it seems to be the Sage account connection that’s having problems. I am using Sage Business Cloud Accounting in the UK, hope this helps!

Could you please let me know if you’re on a paid plan with Sage Business Cloud Accounting? They require you to be on their paid plan to integrate with Zapier: https://www.sage.com/en-gb/sage-business-cloud/sage-accounting/#pricing

Yes, I’m on the standard paid plan for Sage Business Cloud.
Same issue here with Sage accounting in Ireland

I’m so sorry you’re both running into these issues with reconnecting your Sage accounts. At this point I think you’ll need reach out to our Support Team about this. We’re unable to access the error logs for your Zaps but they can and may be able to find additional information there which can help to identify what’s causing the connection to fail. And if it’s due to a bug they’ll be able to get a bug report opened so that the developers of the Sage Accounting app can get this issue rectified.
