I have been given an administrator account for Sage for Sager Business Cloud.
However when I tried to connect Zapier I get the error below. I don't have any other sage account as I've never used it and I'm doing this on behalf of the customer so why would this be happening?
Error EC02, account not recognised
Looks like you’re trying to log in with details that belong to another product, or you have
changed your email address recently.
Check you have selected the right product, or email address and try (logging in) again.
