When trying to reconnect my Safetyculutre account and error message pops up as below. Any ideas how to fix this? I have created anew API token in safetyculture etc and tried to add a new connection but get the same results. 

 

We hit an error adding your new account

If you're having trouble reconnecting your SafetyCulture account, ensure your API token is correct and has the necessary permissions. Clear your browser cache, try a different browser or incognito mode, and check SafetyCulture's status page for any ongoing issues.

@JammerS - I have been experience the exact same issue as of yesterday afternoon. I have already tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned.

The SatefyCulture app had an incident today, which also caused the error you encountered while attempting to reconnect your account to Zapier. I am happy to confirm that the issue has been resolved and you should be able to connect successfully now.
