RSS Feeds Error

I can’t create an RSS feed as I receive an Error when I trigger the feed. I enabled the Javascript and Cookies and tried both with Safari and Chrome on MacBook Pro.

 

I am don’t have a premium account, only a free account. 

 

I attached the screenshot with the Error message. Please help.

Hi,

Thanks for answering but your reply doesn't really help. I already read the help section, but I am not an expert in tech and can’t figure sort the issue by myself. 

 

I need somebody competent that can explain what is the issue and how to sort it out.
