I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds.  And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).

But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. I use the “…./news?format=rss” format but get this error message when I test it:

This doesn’t give me enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?

Might be best to open a ticket with Zapier Support for them to troubleshoot further: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

 

On line 898 at character 1748, there is an undefined entity, likely an unsupported character.
