Hello, I’m trying to convert yes/no text to true/false from a parsed email for HubSpot. I’m following the Formatter steps to change the text but it’s not working. What am I doing wrong here? See setting images below.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how Zap step 3 is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

For these fields, you need to map variables from the Formatter step, rather than from Step 1.
Also, you probably want to use this Formatter step: Formatter > Utilities > Lookup Table
- INPUT | OUTPUT
- Yes | true
- No | false
Okay, I put in the following settings and got the same error message.
We would need to see updated screenshots with how Zap step 3 is now configured in EDIT mode to have context.
