attempting to link a wix shopping cart to an external learning website (heightsplatform.com) and get this error. we would prefer to use the already connected wix shopping cart with payment platforms.

this happens when zapier attempts to connect to the wix website. the only thing i can see is we have a redirect on the site setup??

i see a similar post trying to connect to a google sheet but with no resolution to this same problem. attempted to use a private window with no logins connected but same issue. Any thoughts?

If you're having trouble connecting your Wix shopping cart to Heights Platform via Zapier due to a redirect URL error, ensure that the redirect URL in Wix and Heights Platform matches the one in your Zapier app settings. Temporarily removing any redirect on your Wix site may help, as may clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying another browser.

the redirect is from another site pointing to this domain that is live. i cleared cache, tried using chrome instead of brave, removed the redirect and the same issue arises.

i also created a phony site in wix (not live) to test if it was specific to this site and i get the same error?
