Hello - thank you in advance for assisting here.

We run Zapier with a connector named “FIVE CRM (V1.1.0)” which has always worked ok for the last 2-3 years. However, in the last few days, the Zaps have been “halted” due to an authentication error.

When I’ve put the:

Hash: ending in “ EQCHD1RRd8j./6”

Server: awsna01

Serial: 6 digits ending in 382

values back in with a “Reconnect” action, it results in an “unknown error” (as attached)

FIVE CRM are telling me the values are correct, the only other thing I can add is that the account has always been the “Free” version, with originally I think 100 tasks allowed. I’ve paid to have that moved to 750 tasks allowed - but no joy.

Thank you,

Ashley Draper

Hi @Ashley110461,

Welcome to the Community.

The authentication issue with the "FIVE CRM (V1.1.0)" connector may stem from incorrect credentials or token-related errors. Ensure the Hash, Server, and Serial values are accurate and formatted correctly. If encountering an "unknown error," it could be due to temporary server issues, API changes, or account restrictions. Review recent updates to the FIVE CRM API and your Zapier plan, and check for any ongoing maintenance that might affect the connection. If problems persist, contacting Zapier Support with detailed error messages can provide further assistance.

I hope this helps resolve the issue. If you have any more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask.

Hi @Ashley110461 👋

Just wanted to check how you got on with Jammer’s suggestions here. Was it a due to a temporary issue or recent API/account changes as they suspected?

Want to make sure you’re all set, so please let us know whether you need any help still 🙂
