We have two types of Zaps that provide notifications based on Envelope Completion from DocuSign: one that sends a notification via a Slack channel, and one that sends an email (originating from a Gmail account).
Both Zaps are functioning, but are no longer capturing the ‘Recipients Signers Name’ and ‘Recipients Signers Email’ fields from DocuSign. This started occurring on 9/11/2025, sometime between 3PM and 4PM EST. It seems like the new version of DocuSign (1.5.1) could be related? I have seen other posts that suggest going into the Zap rule and removing, then adding back the DocuSign connection as a sort of refresh, ensuring the latest version is being used. I have attempted that, but still getting the same results.
Below is a screenshot from Slack from last week, 9/11, showing the last notification that was able to capture the ‘Recipients Signers Name’ from DocuSign (i.e. Jxxxx Fxxxx), and the first notification where it began to no longer capture it. The portion in blue is the ‘Documents File Url’ field from DocuSign, which will differ based on the specific client, however, the current failure of capturing the ‘Recipients Signers Name’ exists across the board, regardless of the client.

Below are additional screenshots specific to the Gmail notifications. In addition to the ‘Recipients Signers Name’, the ‘Recipients Signers Email’ is not being captured either, so the email notifications are not reaching the intended recipient.
Ex. “Bxxxxxxx Txxxxx” reflects the last successful notification, where the ‘Recipients Signers Name’ and ‘Recipients Signers Email’ were both captured. Ongoing notifications since then can still go out, but you can see there is no actual Name or Email Address being captured.
