Realtor.com leads

I have R.com leads coming in to  Zapier, but it doesn’t import the lead source, so when It gets in CRM it’s blank.  Ideas?

Looks like I am all set.  It magically started working.  My lead comes in, rule is assigned and my workflow goes out.  Love it!! Email parser is the way to go for Realtor.com leads.  I made sure the lead source was mapped over to trigger a rule and workflow.

Hi @Roshie79

Assuming you are using email parser to do this, you have to modify the parser to grab the lead source from the email.

@Roshie79 Hey there, checking back in! Did you give Rob’s suggestion a try?

The parser works, but still working out the kinks when it transfers to Surefire.

@Roshie79 Anything we can help with on the Surefire side?

I am having troubles with the rules.  My leads come in Surefire and the lead source populates over, but the “Rule” that I have in place isn’t mapping over or pulling the lead source  to trigger to the “Workflow”.
