Realeflow error: There was a problem with the data returned form this step!

I’m using Zapier to create a new contact in Realeflow from a Google spreadsheet. I’m getting this error:
Failed to create a contact in Realeflow
 

Not very detailed. I manually imported the test spreadsheet successfully.

OMGosh! I think I found the error!
My test data had hyphens in some of the phone numbers. I noticed that Zapier was looking for 10 digit numbers without hyphens. Once I removed those, the test worked.

Can you post screenshots of the Zap Step 2 in EDIT mode so we can see the field types and field descriptions.

NOTE: You may want to try testing with real data instead of dummy data as that may not pass field validations.
