Hi @NP2461,

Welcome to the Community.

If you see a "Rate Limit Exceeded" error when updating Google Calendar events via Google Sheets in Zapier, too many requests are being sent too quickly. Free accounts have a limit of 500 requests per day, while Google Workspace allows up to 1,000,000. To avoid hitting these limits, try spreading out updates using Zapier's 'Delay' action, optimizing your Zaps to reduce unnecessary requests, or upgrading to a paid Google Workspace account for a higher limit.

If you're still encountering rate limit issues after trying these suggestions, please let me know, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Hi @JammerS

I’m trying to test that the zap is triggering correctly and that the trigger to update an existing calendar event. Also I am on a paid Google Workspace through my company so I’m not sure why I’m being limited.

Hi @NP2461,

Welcome to the Community.

You're facing two issues: the Zap not triggering correctly and Google Workspace limitations. Ensure you use the "Updated Event" trigger, account for polling delays, and check if minor edits trigger updates. Google API limits still apply, so verify your quota and permissions and reauthenticate if needed. If problems persist, check Zapier's Zap history for errors.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
