Quota exceeded error when using ChatGPT in Zapier automation

Hi.

I got this error when testing the automation on Zap:

 


I do have a paid Open AI account, but I am not sure if I need more credits for this error to be resolved. I am currently on Usage Tier 1. When I go to Billing, this is the information that is displayed:

 

Do I need to pay to add an amount to the credit balance? Any help would be appreciated.

From what Troy shared, it seems credits would be required. Were you able to use the ChatGPT app successfully after purchasing them?
