Hi @Amodi,

Your QuickBooks Online integration error ("Invalid Number") likely stems from a mismatch in data formatting. Ensure that amounts are entered without currency symbols or commas (for example, 1111.00 instead of $1,111.00), the exchange rate is valid, and account/item numbers match actual QuickBooks entries. If the issue persists, it is recommended that you contact Zapier support for further troubleshooting.

As for your question about documentation, you can find our QuickBooks Online integration help documentation here: https://zapier.com/apps/quickbooks/integrations

Hi there, @Amodi 👋

How are things going on this? Was it an issue with the formatting of the number as Jammer suspected?

Happy to lend a hand if you’re still stuck at, just let us know! 🙂
