We want to connect a Tiktok lead generation form to Hubspot. However, when we select the workflow to create the contact directly, the default Hubspot properties do not appear.

So we added a step to first search for the contact, when the contact is already in Hubspot there is no error, but, when we try to create a new one, the following error:

Property values were not valid: [{"isValid":false,"message":"Property 'properties_to_retrieve_note' does not exist,"error":"PROPERTY_DOESNT_EXIST","name":"properties_to_retrieve_note","localizedErrorMessage":"Property 'properties_to_retrieve_note' does not exist"}]"

Good question.

I’ve seen some other users report this same error.
