For the past few days I noticed my whatsapp notifications are slow or none.

I checked my Zaps and it runned like 3 successfully but I only received 1 Whatsapp message notification.

The same is happening for a lots of Zaps.

Any problems with Whatsapp?

Meta services are all up and running for the past 3 months.

I re-test my Zaps and the Whatsapp notifications are not arriving here.

I started form scratch, I get the Token code to link a whatsapp account successfully but I never got a test message in the Zap creation nor in any of my production Zaps.

Can someone please help?

It appears that the issue you're experiencing with the WhatsApp notification—where it's marked as successful in the Zap history but isn’t actually being sent—is a bug. Our Support Team has already added you to the bug report.

While we don’t have a specific ETA for when this bug will be fixed, we will keep you updated via email as soon as a solution is available.
