I’m having a similar issue. I reported it to support, and they see the issue, don’t have any solutions at this time and they would follow up with me when it would be addressed. So if you do get a solution, I would also love to know!

I have the same problem since a couple of months ago, I think this is something urgent to solve, the notifications have not worked for a long time, I have exactly the same problem, the tasks are marked as correctly sent in Zapier but the notification never arrives to the phone in whatsapp
i’ve made several reports in support but seems that there´s no solution for this

The issue that began a month ago is still ongoing; it would be great if the Zapier engineering team could expedite their efforts.

Our company subscribed to Zapier the other day just for us to have notifications from Dropbox to Whatsapp.
I made a successful zap including tests, but I found out after 2 successful tests, the notification from Dropbox (upload) to Whatsapp isn’t working/sending anymore despite the Zap itself showing as a success.
I would appreciate it if you could escalate this issue for prompt attention. A straightforward automation like this should work seamlessly, as advertised by Zapier. Thank you for your assistance.

I have the exactly same problem here, it seems there are a notification limit on zapier that only allows two notifications per day.

The bug report is still open unfortunately—sorry for the long wait on this! The team are in contact with Meta to help get this resolved as quickly as possible but we cannot provide any sort of estimate as to when it will be fixed.
I just spotted that it’s since been noted on the bug report that the issue seems to specifically affect the new_lead and new_message templates. Are you using either of those templates? If not, would you mind confirming the name of the other template(s) that’s also being affected so that I can pass that information over to the team?
