Problem with tables records download

I have a problem with downloading records from the table created on zapier.
I, personally, from my computer can download the file in CSV, while my client cannot, in fact the file is downloaded as JSON.
Chrome is updated to the latest version and so is the computer. She has disabled the extensions, but the problem persists.

How can I solve it?

Try using a new/different browser to download the CSV from the Zapier Table.
