Question

Problem with a Salesforce zap, which disconnects by itself, and therefore the leads do not fall

What happens is that I have written to Zapier support, but I have not received a response, which is why I am writing an email here explaining the situation.I need to know why it happens that the zaps: 1 [EDU] SUMMER SCHOOL - LEAD ADS - NOV 24 - SALESFORCE and 2 [EDU] SUMMER SCHOOL - LEAD ADS - NOV 24 - SALESFORCE, are not working correctly, that is, they are active and collect leads, but what happens is that after a while, these zaps turn off, and therefore the leads do not fall into salesforce. The situation is that, we have to turn on the zaps, because they turn off by themselves. Why can this happen?Maybe it's because there is a limit of paths for each integration?I look forward to your response.Greetings!

Hi @Upmedia

In your Zap Editor, check the Change History in the left rail navigation for clues.

Post screenshots from there to give us more context.
