Problem integrating Zapier with LearnDash

Hello,

I am having problems integrating Zapier with LearnDash. When I try to Connect (Reconnect) I am getting the 'authentication failed: The app returned "Just a moment...' [...] 'Enable JavaScript and cookies to continue' error, exactly as described at https://community.zapier.com/troubleshooting-99/learndash-error-authentication-failed-the-app-returned-just-a-moment-enable-javascript-and-cookies-to-continue-28764

However, that error has no resolution, except that "the connection with LearnDash had come mysteriously back to life". My connection has not come, mysteriously or otherwise.

I am not seeing in the website logs that Zapier is contacting my website at all. But in cPanel there are no blocked IPs either.

Please advise on how to proceed.

Hi @nenad,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

In most cases, I have seen customers running into such issues where CloudFlare blocks the connection to the app or sends and authentication challenge that the Zap is not able to interpret, resulting in the Javascript error.

In the meantime, CloudFlare would need to be disabled for the Zap to run without error.
