PROBLEM connecting PAYPAL to ACTIVECAMPAIGN

I'm trying to connect PayPal with ActiveCampaign. Every time there's a new sale, I want the contact to be saved. The problem is that it's not detecting the sales. I've connected the webhook and everything, but it's not working. Any ideas?

Help links for using PayPal in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/paypal/integrations#help

 

I’d recommend using Stripe instead of PayPal: https://zapier.com/apps/stripe/integrations#triggers-and-actions
